2012 Snowmobile Speed Run – Canceled

Sebago Lake Snowmobile Speed Run

Effective 2/14/2012

Unfortunately the 2012 Sebago Lake Snowmobile Speed Run is cancelled due to unsafe ice conditions.

The Sebago Lake Speed Run is scheduled for Sunday, February 19th, 2012 at our Raymond Beach site.  Registration opens at 7:00 AM and the Speed Run starts NLT 10:00 AM.  Registration is $10.00 for two runs and you may register as often as time permits.

The Sebago Lake Speed Run is a 1,000 foot ice track shaved and leveled with our ice bladed Ripple Monster.  Timing is done with infra-red speed trap technology built by Race America.  Total Purse for top speed of the day $500.  Additional $500 bonus if top speed of the day is also a new Maine State Record.  A new Maine was set last year (2011).

A new Maine snowmobile speed record was set on February 21, 2010.  Click here to see the video!
